Russian Kvass was started in October, 1996. It is a non-alcoholic drink produced of pulled bread which is made of rye malt. Kvass is produced of technologically processed water adding some sugar and natural lemon acid. The pasteurisation of kvass prolongs its realisation term to 90 days. Russian Kvass is distinguished for its traditional taste of kvass obtained from natural materials. It is not too sweet therefore well refreshing. As there are no preservatives used so the product is suitable for children and people who can not use products containing preservatives. Russian Kvass produced by GUBERNIJA is the only natural kvass in Lithuania.
