Kamchatka Salmon Caviar is a species of red caviar obtained from salmon species of fish. 
The size of salmon roe reaches up to 4 mm. Kamchatka salmon caviar have a rich orange-red color and a very spicy taste, with a subtle note of bitterness and a unique aftertaste.
Salmon Caviar is considered a very nutritious and healthy delicacy, which includes minerals such as iron, calcium, zinc, phosphorus and chromium, as well as vitamins (A, B1, B2, E, C, PP)

The habitat of kamchatka salmon roe is the Eastern and Western coast of Kamchatka 
Please keep in mind that caviar is a perishable product and in order for it to arrive fresh we only ship via overnight delivery. Every package we ship is packed in a box with an insulated foam container (mini refrigerator) and includes ice gel packs. This type of packaging is capable of storing the caviar fresh for at least two days. If it is shipped to a cooler region and depending on the weather it will stay fresh for an even longer period.
