Acidity regulator and preservative. Used for pickles, preparation of preserves, drinks to give food a sour taste and a sour medium.

For 1 kg of product use 0.5-1.5 teaspoons of citric acid. Dissolve the powder in hot water, juice or marmelade. Then stir in the resulting solution to the remaining juices or marmalade.
