This spice mix consists of: ground cinnamon, fragrant and black pepper, cardamom, clove, ginger and nutmeg. 1 kg of gingerbread needs 15 g of a mixture of spices. Do not multiply, because this spice mix is really strong and warming. You can also use gingerbread spices to flavor other baked goods, desserts, coffee or even mashed pumpkin soup.
